Grand Jury
In Texas, people have a right to be indicted by a grand jury when charged with a felony. Grand jury proceedings are non-confrontational and only involve the jurors and the prosecution. However, a person may write and submit a packet for the grand jury to review as part of the process. It is important to act quickly and produce a Grand Jury Packet for the jurors to review, and in some cases, the packet may be enough to have a case “no-billed” for lack of probable cause.
